In Thoughts

Birdy Diamond, Roving Robin & Paranormal DivaHey, there, #CustomerLove-rs!

How is it going?

  • Your biz.
  • Your challenge.
  • Life in general.

For me, it’s great to be back, flying about and bringing you the good stuff that you all are doing/creating/being.

Got plenty of fantabulousness to share with you, as ever.

Such lovely, talented people you are! 🙂

The Challenge

LaVonneEllis -When you start to doubt yourself, think, “What do I need to hear right now?” And say that to your people. They need it too. #customerlove

The Qs from Tuesday’s Tweetchat, provided for your pondering.

  • @LaVonneEllis Q1. What are you trying to achieve by doing the challenge? #customerlove
  • @LaVonneEllis Q2. Where would you like to be 18 months from now? #customerlove
  • @LaVonneEllis Q3. How do you get there? #customerlove
  • @LaVonneEllis Q4. How can you help each other achieve your goals? #customerlove
  • @LaVonneEllis Q5. What are you doing to connect with each other outside of #customerlove tweetchats?
  • @icecolbeveridge Q6: What will you do before this time tomorrow to move yourself towards your goal? #customerlove

The Qs from Saturday’s Skype Call

This was a really great call on the subject of expertise. LaVonne made a great point in saying that for many of us, claiming our expertise can be a huge place-of-difficulty.

  • Q1. What is your expertise?
  • Q2. Name it in one or two words.
  • Q3. How does it make you feel?
  • Q4. Who are we as a #CustomerLoving group? (thnx to Karim for this one)

Homework: Step out and say who you are on your blogs, etc. Show it in your actions as well.

Audio: The audio of the call is here.

The Blog

Summing up the wondrous wisdom provided by you awesome customer-love-rs, you! 😀

The Fabulous (that’s you!)

  • @SilverMagpies is running a Monogram Challenge – she needs Q, U, Y to complete her project. For details go here.
(She’s also having an attentive lunch partner! :-D)
  • @Soulhuntre is requesting feedback/votes on a logo design contest he is running.
  • Linda Eaves has a beautiful treasure of words for us in this newsletter. I felt so proud and refreshed just reading it!
  • And speaking of treasures, Deva Coach Sandi Amorim is offering a challenge within a challenge: to let our Inner Lola out.

Ladies Who’ve Shared their Lolas

The Fabulous Offers (from you & for you!)

  • Alexia Petrakos still has spots available in her Pathfinder sessions. Recently had one myself, and let me tell you, Alexia’s got it going ON! Let her help you take your multipassionate self and hone all those loves into one business theme that you’ll adore.
  • Claire Tompkins is offering free braindump sessions for April! Pour all those thoughts out and allow them to become a tidy, organized arrangemnt instead of a chaotic mess.
  • Math Confidence Coach Colin Beveridge’s “Little Algebra Book” is for sale, and it sounds awesome!!! I may just have to pick myself up a copy for those odd days when I still need to do algebra and am reminded forcefully that high school was a Long Time Ago. (And there are BIRDS!!! You can’t go wrong with birds! :>)
  • Idea Stylist Lisa Valuyskaya has services and goodies both! On her E-book design page, she not only shares details about how you can get your ideas styled into some serious awesome, but shares links to some fantabulous e-books, hers and others. (I can personally vouch for the hilarity & awesome that is Jenny B. Bones’ Twitter book! :>)
  • And as if that weren’t enough, Lisa is also running the “Awesome E-book Fund“, a way to help her help others (and possibly yourself!). Every time donations reach $350.00, she will run a contest, the winner of which gets their e-book done for no further cost. Win-win-win in my book!

Flying Away (but not for long!)

That’s it for this time.

Before I fly away in search of more goodies for you for next time, I’d love to know your thoughts: about the challenge, awesome things you’re doing, things you’d like to see in upcoming editions.

Please post said thoughts in the comment section below and I’ll catch you on the wing!

Yours in #CustomerLove & BACON,
Birdy Diamond, Roving Robin & Paranormal Diva! :>

I love summaries! Thanks for doing this, Birdy! I don’t have time to read everything, but it’s great to know what’s happening. I had to miss the Saturday call last week and I’ll miss it again this week. Darn! Feeling out of the loop at bit, so reading this is a really nice way to feel more connected.

Yay! Glad you are finding it useful. 🙂

      Will miss you tomorrow/later today.

I know what you mean. That’s one of the things I love about writing these – they help me stay in the loop myself! 😀

      Connections rock! :>
