The #CustomerLove of Communication
With my recent Empire Explosion all too vividly in my mind, I am reminded once again of the importance of compassionate communication.
Take a moment.
Step into your customer’s world.
It doesn’t have to be forever.
It doesn’t have to be completely.
But enough.
Realize where it is that they come from.
Realize where it is that they are coming from.
Match.
Reflect.
Love.
Repeat, repeat, repeat. :>
