I’ve downloaded Jonathon’s Epic E-book Creation. I had a bit of time to read it, but wow, I was amazed to see the level of content inside.

Usually free ebooks I can read in a few minutes, but I’ll have to set some time aside to read this through thoroughly. Thanks Jonathon!

I’m so glad you like it! I definitely aimed to wow with the content, design & interactivity inside of the e-book. If you like it, please continue to share it and pass it along! If you have any questions after reading it that weren’t addressed, contact me and I’ll make sure the e-book gets updated as well 🙂

I haven’t yet had the pleasure of cracking open my copy, but I am certainly looking forward to doing so! It looks like it will be AMAZING!

And so useful! I know at least one free-book for #customerlove is in my future, so this is both Useful & Timely, two great qualities to have.

Thnx for your comment! 🙂 Let us know how the e-book works out for you.

Wow Birdy! Love this round-up giving us all the tidbits of the day! Thanks so much for putting it together.

I had this moment of panic yesterday because I’m still not sure what I’m launching at the end of the 28 days, then remembered my tagline “asking the right questions at the right time” and threw out a couple of questions on Twitter. Suddenly found myself in a few conversations about what customers love, what they want more of, what’s important etc. Lots of good stuff, but the answer that stuck out for me was CARE. When people feel like we care, about them, about their concerns, they have a positive experience of customer love.

    Simple right? And yet profound.

Thnx, Sandi! It was really fun to do. 🙂

      And a great reminder too!
What do people like to talk about most, at the end of the day?
      Themselves!
And questions are a great way to start conversations.

If you continue with the questions, let me know, and I’ll be happy to include them here.

Good Fortune on your #customerloving! 🙂

Yes! Simple and profound always seem to go together, don’t they?
