Hand Jive – LaVonne’s Perfect People Palmistry Solution

Peggie Arvidson and I have been running a service that combines Peggie’s expertise in palm reading and my “perfect people” coaching into one supah-powerful product. Everyone who has taken advantage of this has been blown away and it’s been an amazing experience so far.

After LaVonne sent in photos of her hands, Peggie offered the following insights:

Lavonne!  I’m totally digging your hands and appreciate you sharing them with me.  First off, as we discussed briefly on the last #handchat – you’ve got Strong and Silent heart lines on both your hands.

Strong and Silent hearties like to DO things for those they care about rather than TALK about FEELINGS.  They tend to need a lot of downtime to reenergize and they love to create things that will make their perfect people happy.  Awesome.  The challenge for these types is to BE themselves – especially as entrepreneurs because you sometimes might feel like you have to be “on” when you don’t want to be “on” in order to stay in business.   There’s a certain amount of truth to that of course – and the internetz make it easier to be a Strong and Silent business owner than say being the owner of the local diner. 🙂

There are a lot of Almost perfect people out there who think they know you.  But your real perfect people?  They like to know that you’re there for them, you will provide what you say you will provide for them when you said you would and they also don’t feel the need to spend too much time talking about the nature of your relationship with them.  In other words, they want to get in, learn, and get out.  They respect your time and your privacy.

This is good and bad.  Your perfect people may need to be prodded to tell you what they need from you because they don’t want to invade your space or your privacy.  Let them know what you need from them in clear, specific instructions and they will reward you – telling you exactly what they need.

That’s another thing, your perfect people KNOW what they need – if not the exact widget-thingy they know what results they need.  If you let them, they will tell you what it is.

Your perfect people are WOO.  As in Woo-Woo.  They are intuitive, they are healers, they talk to ghosts and animals and trees and plants and flowers.  They may have a tendency to be a little “out there” so a gift you can bring them is practical application for their woo.  There are lots of people who are already woo who do practical, but there are still a ton of head-in-the-clouds woo’s who need some direction and clarity on how to use their woo to help others.  (These are your people).

(I know this because you have a super deep Mercury line and it’s a little hollowed out.)  Mercury lines are about your own ability to communicate and everything “communication related” and it’s also about tuning into the Divine/other worlds etc.  The hollowed-out-ness indicates that there’s a lot of WORK going on here – trying to get the message out.  While this may be a factor for you, it’s also key information about your perfect people.  They have NO IDEA how to say what they do in a way that will actually help others (and earn them money).

You are excellent at brainstorming – I’d say that’s a super power of yours – and a gift you can bring to your Perfect People – a service that helps them pin down specifically what it is they can do with all their lofty dreams and visions.

Here’s the thing – once you start guiding your perfect people you’ll see them start to step into more and more leadership roles.  They tend to be a bit bossy and that’s okay – you can show them how to transmute that into true leadership and empowerment – for themselves and others.  They’ll thank you for it and they’ll end up in places of some prominence as a result of working with you.

You are the catalyst for their sense of power – bravo.

However, you have a Jupiter star so there’s a tendency for you to downplay your own power and passions – you’d be likely to request the “second in command” post rather than the leadership position.  This is precisely why leadership positions seem to fall into your lap—that Jupiter star needs to lead.  Leading is not about bossing people around or issuing ultimatums, it’s about empowering each person to find and use their own strengths.  That’s what you do.  Your Perfect People are budding teachers and leaders.

Your Perfect People:

• Are very talented practitioners of a lot of off-the-beaten-path stuff (tarot, reiki, mediumship, psychics, palmistry, alternative healing)
• Are clueless when it comes to communicating what they do in a way that can benefit their perfect people
• Are very cognizant of your space and will keep their distance, but they gobble up everything you offer them when it’s geared directly to them (so ask them what they need)
• Are early in their careers/practices and are likely to end up as leaders and empowerers
• Often find themselves thinking they should be coaching – teaching comes naturally to them (whether they are coaching at this juncture or not is immaterial, they will likely build a teaching or coaching component into their work)
• Want your help in practical aspects of communication (not just speaking but also how to use technology to get their message out.)

Because I am lucky enough to already know a bit about LaVonne, I’m aware of her background in journalism and broadcasting. So it makes perfect sense that communication is one of her predominant gifts.

From Peggie’s reading, it sounds to me like it might be time for LaVonne to offer one-on-one or small-group coaching to her people. She is a leader at building a successful business online, a talent people want and need to learn from. Customer Love is a concept which so strongly resonates with her perfect people, it is one of the very few things I’ve seen go viral and actually stick. This is no small accomplishment!

It’s important not to underestimate the impact LaVonne has had on the online Woo Industry. She has created a powerful network of solopreneurs who are discovering new ways of growing their businesses through the magic that is Customer Love.

LaVonne is a voice of gentle authority amongst the “heads-in-the-clouds” wooey people (you know who you are). This, combined with her personal success and her ability to brainstorm with her perfect people, makes her coaching services highly marketable.

Because of the Strong and Silent heart line, I would encourage LaVonne to set some very firm boundaries for herself with regards to how much she gives of herself to others. She’s earned her place and has the right and responsibility to take care of herself first.
