In Make Customers Love You

Are you as happy as I am that we have reached the end of another challenge?

Not just because 28 days is a long haul and we’re all pooped (although there’s definitely some of that going on) but because of how we have grown.

Here’s what some of you say you’ve gained from the challenge:

  • @christybower I’ve gained a lot of confidence in my technical skills. I even built a new website this month! (huge for me!)
  • @susantblake The challenges have really helped me to stay focused on what people need, not “gotta get customers, gotta pay the rent.”
  • @emilyroseartist Learning abt myself, my purpose, learning to set boundaries, learning from all of you, lots of love, helping others.
  • @KarimBenyagoub Getting imprtnt confidence in my graphic design skills thanks to the CL peeps for sure!
  • @ColorMeCrazyLLC Thanks to the chats I’m learning to find the ways I can help people that are not that obvious but make a real impact.
  • @JewelsBranch I helped a lot of people get closer to writing their ebooks. Good feeling.
  • @TruthPassionJoy Clarity baby! And this challenge I’ve made loads more good friends than any other challenge (& I was there at the start!)
  • @LovelyLu It’s like a mastermind group, keeps you on target and encourages you to stick to your goals!

And it goes on – let’s just say yesterday’s tweetchat was a love fest. But I’m not ready for it to be over yet.

Get out your margarita mix and Cuban cigars, because today is not only the end of the challenge – it’s my birthday!

And not just any birthday, it’s the Big Six-Five.

(And no, I don’t believe it either.)

At 11am Pacific/2pm Eastern/7pm UK, come to my birthday bash at the #customerlove hashtag on Twitter and on Skype (ping me at lavonne.ellis to get on the call.)

We’ll be giving stuff away too, like:

  • The CustomerLove Cookbook
  • The Little Algebra Book by Colin Beveridge
  • The Thank You Economy by Gary Vaynerchuk
  • Other goodies to be announced. (If you want to contribute something to the giveaway, email me at bornfamous at gmail dot com or leave a comment below.)

Sorry for the short notice, but I honestly didn’t see the time slipping away – kinda like how 65 snuck up on me.

Hope you can make it!

    Happy Birthday!!!!

The only way I’ll make it for birthday cocktails is if it winds up being a super long celebration (like 3 hours long!) because I’ll be out celebrating my mum’s birthday at that exact same time. However, I promise faithfully to have something cold and bubbly and raise it to you lovely lady.

Have a wonderful day. You deserve it!

    Much love x x x x

Oh that’s right, it was your mum’s birthday too – wish her a belated happy birthday for me! And send your sis a kiss!
