In Make Customers Love You

Susan Blake asked on the tweetchat yesterday about where to find resources on the site, like “Directories, forums, maps, etc., … [for] both newbies and oldies like me who can’t keep up with all the improvements. ;)”

Thanks for asking, Susan! You ask, we deliver:

  • Directory of Challengers – It’s not actually a directory yet. It’s a form you can fill out in order to get into the directory that Birdy Diamond and her crew are working on. If you have a launch coming up, you definitely want to be listed (and even if you don’t have one). So, go! Fill out the form!
  • Forum – It’s still there, even though we haven’t been very active on it lately. This is mostly my fault. I haven’t been reminding you of it in posts, tweets, and emails. I’ll start pushing it more – like now: Go to the forum! Ask questions! Post your launch info! Interact! If we all start participating actively, the forum could be a very valuable resource for all of us. So hop to it!
  • Tweetchats – Twice a week, on Sundays and Tuesdays, there is a CustomerLove “tweetchat” at the #customerlove hashtag on Twitter. (There is a chat room where you can join the chat without having to worry about filling in the hash tag — that’s done automatically.) These chats are a great way to connect with other challengers, pick up some tips, and blow off steam (BACON, anyone?) The chats are held on Sundays at 11 AM Pacific/2 PM Eastern/7 PM BST, and on Tuesdays at 3 PM Pacific/6 PM Eastern/11 PM BST.
  • Skype call – On Saturdays, you’re invited to join the CustomerLove call on Skype. It’s another great way to network and share ideas. If you’re not familiar with Skype, you can download it for free here, and then add me to your contacts so I can add you to the call. My Skype name is lavonne.ellis. The call takes place at 11 AM Pacific/2 PM Eastern/7 PM BST.
  • Newsletter – Get all the latest posts from CustomerLove, as well as reminders of the tweet chats and the Skype call, by signing up for the newsletter. During the challenge, you’ll receive at least one e-mail per day, so be prepared for that. But between challenges, you will only get reminders for the chats, and the Skype call. Sign up here.
  • Challenge Schedule – I haven’t posted a schedule of challenges anywhere on the site — not good! So here is the schedule for the rest of this year:
    Next challenge: June
    September
    November
  • CustomerLove Machine – This is the course that Jonathan Wondrusch and I developed to help you create that digital product you’ve been putting off because you’re not exactly sure how to go about it. Daily prompts in your inbox, worksheets, and coaching will move your business to the next level. It starts again soon, so stay tuned for more details. Better yet, get on the mailing list.

Wow, that’s a lot of bacon! How do you want your eggs?
