LaVanne, being towed

Got one estimate for over $5,000 and had a heart attack + deep sobbing. Then I got on Facebook and the phone, and finally found a highly recommended mechanic for a second opinion. He’s coming to take a look this afternoon.

Meanwhile, I am camped in the back of a repair shop whose owner took pity on me and said I could stay here without charge for a couple of weeks while I get my shit together.

That will involve a flurry of activity. Stay tuned.

Oh NO. This is heartbreaking LaVonne. I’m so sorry to hear this, I wish there was something I could do! Hang in there I know things will work out somehow.
    Keep me posted.

Thanks, Yolanda. Things are working out. The second opinion was much more palatable. I’m working on a crowdfunding campaign and will post more details tomorrow.
