Hey, there, #CustomerLove-rs!
How is it going?
- Your biz.
- Your challenge.
- Life in general.
For me, it’s been a week of catching up and feeling not-quite there, mixed in with some fantabulous realizations about self & biz thank to Sinclair’s “Action Studio” pre-launch material.
Archetypes are my language anyway, and what I’ve learned is really helping to clarify things immensely!
Click here to get your name on the door! There’s still time. (as far as I know, but don’t delay!!!)
The Challenge
LaVonneEllis -When you start to doubt yourself, think, “What do I need to hear right now?” And say that to your people. They need it too. #customerlove
The Qs from Sunday’s Tweetchat, placed for your perusal.
- Q1. It’s the final week of the challenge. Are you ready to launch something?
- Q2. How do you plan to get the word out about 29th day wonderfulness?
- Q3. How can we help each other promote our stuff?
- Q4. Do you have or are you planning an affiliate program?
The Qs from Tuesday’s Tweetchat, provided for your pondering.
Today’s topic: Time to Ask for the Money!
- Q1. So its time to ask for the money. Do you have a hard time asking?
- Q2. Do you charge enough?
- Q3. How do you articulatate your value?
- Q4. How do you figure out what a fair price is?
- Q5. What tactics do you use to raise your prices?

- (I ADORE this answer from @IainTGray: @lavonneellis A6: Yes. We went for a coffee. Now we’re married with a daughter. #customerlove)
- Q7. What do you do with people who can’t afford your stuff?
- (Another gem from @IainTGray: @lavonneellis 3. You get paid what you believe you’re worth, which has more to do with your parents than your product. 🙂 #customerlove)
- Q8. What gimmicks are you using to promote your Stuff?
- Q9. Can’t believe we’re at Q9! Have you invested much $ in your business? Classes, coaches, products?
@LisaValuyskaya: I found the bacon jam recipe, just for you: http://ow.ly/4HBPg #customerlove

Widening the Web
Wherein we share the wondrous examples of #CustomerLove we have found along our way.
- Goddess Leonie is a gem, no question about it. Here, she shares her experiences with a concept I think that many of us can relate to: of “running away from the precipice of creation”.
- Sinclair is, as mentioned in the beginning of this post, simply amazing. Here is a post from last year’s launch about permission, another place I’ve been hearing a lot of stumbling.
- And another no-brainer for the #CustomerLoving Awesomeness award is Pamela Wilson of “Big Brand System”. Here, she provides some comfort by pointing out that the big boys & girls make mistakes too! (free-for-addy)
Flying Away (but not for long!)
That’s it for this time.
I’ll catch you on the wing!
