Fantastic ..LOVE IT…
Thanks Jen. It’s hard to find anything positive in situations like this. However, the response of a group like this is an example of a rainbow.
Yes, it is nice to find people step up to meet the challenge and help others. I’ve done disaster rescue and been in disasters–and it is one of the glimmers of goodness in a world full of not-so-niceties.
Oh, Mike, you brought tears to my eyes.
Yep, I had to use a hanky myself. 🙂
if this doesn’t speak to the richness of mike’s work…i don’t know what does. i am in awe. i am inspired.

Agreed, Amy. Mike’s heart and spirit come through every panel. I am a huge fan of his, and was thrilled that he wanted to contribute something to help the people of Japan.
Powerful stuff.
You really brought it home for me.
Helping to spread the word by tucking this into next week’s Roving Robin Report for ‘Birds on the Blog’.

First time I’m here after seeing your comment on Chris Guillebeau’s blog. What an amazing simple and well told story. I don’t know Mike. Will you be at the WDS in Portland? If so I’d like to meet you. Sonia.
Hi, Sonia! Thanks for visiting and commenting. Isn’t Mike wonderful?
I’m hoping to get to WDS, but it depends on a few things that are up in the air right now. Cross your fingers – I’d like to meet you too!
