  1. What are people’s plans for Day 29?
  2. How is everyone *finding* their customers for #customerlove? Are you starting w/ an audience, or building a new one?
  3. What feeling do you want your customers to walk away w/ when they interact with you/visit your blog? How do you do that?

From @devacoach

She asked another daily question today – What was your best, most favourite customer experience and why?

Feel free to go & answer her on Twitter! 🙂

Yes, it does, but it’s time very well spent.

It keeps ME in the loop, which is very kyool, as there have been some wonderful offers made, which I’d likely have missed otherwise. 😀
