Thank you for producing this wonderful podcast. I’m glad to be introduced to Lori and Russell. They both seem like wonderful folks with a lot of wonderful qualities. I hope things continue to go okay for them both, especially Lori and her health.

I’ll look forward to your next installment.

Interesting podcast. Keep up the good work. Hope Lori and Russell are fine and that Lori is making a good recovery from the stroke.

If you’re going to stealth camp in San Fran, that would be an interesting topic for some podcasts or blogs. I know that people sometimes camp in the vicinity of North Beach and others, on Potrero Hill near the Safeway Store.

One guy rents space at the back of the parking lot in the gas station on the corner of Market and Castro. He pays $400 a month to park his Rialta motor home there and live in it when he isn’t traveling abroad.

      Thanks, Rick!

I will be staying in the driveway of the friends I’ll be visiting.

As for the podcast, I am focusing on the stories of the people I meet rather than the how-to’s of vandwelling. There are plenty of blogs, YouTube channels, and probably podcasts for that.

You are doing wonderful things Lavonne. You have come a long ways from the rental car and new, unused tent two years ago. I knew that if you made it from the city to two weeks in the forest at that time, that it would keep calling you.
Lori, hope you are getting better, hang in there. There are always obstacles along the way. You and Russell will do just fine. Looking forward to seeing you both in a month or two.

Hah! We are camped not far from that spot, David, and it’s still as captivating as it was the first time I went there. And what a journey it’s been! How are you doing? And where?

p.s. I will pass your message along to Lori. She is pretty much back to normal already. 🙂

        Hi Lavonne,

I am still in New Hampshire. A friend talked me into working the Nascar race here. Am camping at the track for ten days, long, long hours. Will shortly after be making my way to Flagstaff and then to Ehrenburg. Hope to see you folks there.

Thanks…is there an email address that I could contact you? I am needing some advice or just an ear. I have bought a van sold my home and was planning on heading out for adventure but I find I am scared to death now.
maybe you can relate? Were you always confident about your decision?
Thanks I have never felt so alone…..signed…still here. ( Dianne)
