Complete Flakery

I've been trying to figure out what to do here on The Complete Flake ever since --- oh, I don't know, forever?

I have been asked to share the fabulous story of the day I "interviewed" Robin Williams.

One week from today, we start another four-week round of delightful insanity. Except the #customerlove craziness has already begun Chez Flake.

I told myself that I would push through and network in spite of my social anxiety but in the end, I couldn't make myself get out there as much as I wanted.

Yikes, I don't think I have. What kind of blogger am I, anyway?!

The now infamous video featuring a dozen bloggers -- yes, including me -- singing a karaoke version of Queen's Don't Stop Me Now.

It has been suggested that what I need is to stop writing altogether for a week -- no blogging, no 2500 words, no email, no Twitter.

Suddenly, it feels like I actually am in business, not just fiddling around with websites, blogs, and all the toys that come with them.

I used to have a recurring dream about my father, many years after he died.

Being happy is about doing what we were meant to do, whether it's writing or making pottery, being an amazing parent or creating an awesome website.
